A leading automation solutions company needed to digitize its Smart Buildings IoT training program, transitioning from in-person sessions to a comprehensive online platform. The firm produces components for industrial applications and commercial buildings, selling its products through contractors, engineers, and engineering firms. Challenge

Digital Sales Enablement 

The client's new energy-saving IoT technology lacked proper channel distribution and market awareness, hindering sales and adoption. They needed a digital training program to educate channel distributors on technical details and incentivize them to promote the product.
